Take a Closer Look

School is back and session, which means the Thousand Islands Screen and Dramatic  Arts (TISDA) will be too!   We want to start out another year THIS MONDAY SEPT 11th, immediately after school at 3:15 in the Parish Hall of Christ Church (the same location as before).  The program will at least run through the end of October.     Halloween Film Fest anyone?   This year we’ll be open to 4th-6th graders (we hope to have four groups of films) and it will still be free! Now that our group has a few short films under our belt, this fall the students will be teaming up to use more improv and write more of their own original short films, cast them, shoot them AND edit them!     Also, we can probably take a limited amount of new students.  The program will run the same times as last semester.  Monday after-school until 5ish.  We’ll be going through the end of October and will continue to fundraise to go further. As usual, we will not do any session during school breaks, snow days, etc.  Assisting me this semester will once again be Sarah Riddoch and she’s AWESOME!
